Dior Homme Strip Waxed Denim Jacket 

With his Dior Homme Spring Summer 2004 Collection titled „Strip“, Hedi Slimane put his love for the rock and roll silhouette at the center by channelling his icons including Iggy Pop, Mick Jagger and Sid Vicious. These Rock figures, known for their androgynous and energetic style, played the major part in the collection’s attitude.

This jacket was photographed by Hedi himself for the ad campaign and it features the signature distressing that was prominent throughout this seasons collection. The “Strip“ trucker jacket is made with premium, black, mid-weight denim, embellished with matte-black Dior engraved buttons, and features Slimane's classic scar stitch on both front pockets and back rear shoulders. Ultimately, what makes this jacket unique is that the coating of wax has been applied on top of the distressing, allowing the owner to develop distinct characteristics through wear.
