It is very important for us that our costumers are happy with their purchase. If your are not entirely satisfied with your product feel free to return it following these guidelines:
- Send us an E-Mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the items that you would like to return. We will send you a confirmation with the address that you should return the product to or will help you with creating a label.
- You have to notify us about the return at most 14 days after your received it initially. Also the product has to arrive at our office within 30 days after you initially received the product.
- For your product to be eligible for a return it must be in the exact same condition that your received it in. If you purchased a brand new product the tags still have to be attached. We inspect every product very carefully and will notice any possible damages/flaws.
- We are not responsible for any damage that may happen to the product on the way back to us. Therefore please pack the product carefully so there is no chance for it to get damaged on the way.
- Once we receive the item we will inspect it and notify your that we received your returned item. As soon as we inspected the item we will inform you about the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your method of payment.
- You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item.
- If you receive a refund the initial shipping costs that you payed for will be deducted from your refund.
- If you return your item from outside of the EU you are responsible for import costs that we may have to pay when receiving the item. If we have to pay import customs & duties we will deduct the amount from your refund.
