Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do ship worldwide. The price of the shipping depends on the destination country. We offer worldwide free Express shipping for all orders over 500€.

What shipping carrier do you use?

Depending on the country we either use UPS or DHL.

Do I have to pay customs or duties when I receive the package?

If you are based in the EU you will not have to worry about any additional import costs. If you are based outside of the EU please contact us beforehand since the regulations vary from country to country.

Are your products authentic?

All our products are 100% authentic and you will receive exactly the item you see on the pictures. Feel free to use the pictures on our page for any kind of legit check you want to do. You will also receive a signed guarantee of authenticity with every order. 

Where do you source your products from?

We source our products from all over the world. We have a supply-chain of trusted retailers, warehouses and private sellers that supply us from all over the world. 

How do you determine the price of your products?

The price of the products is based on the price we are able to source them. The retail price in regular designer boutiques is usually 2,5-3x times the wholesale price.
Our profit margin is way below that - It doesn't matter if it is a very expensive Grail or a Steal – the price of the product will always be as low as possible.

Are all the products new?

The condition of the product is always mentioned in the details of the product page. Most of our products are brand new with tags although some may be without tags or even slightly worn but every product that we sell is in a good condition in which the products can still be enjoyed for years.

Do you also rent out the products?

Yes we do. Most of the products you can see on our website are available for rent for uses such as magazine shoots or music videos. We also have a password protected collection for our rentable products which include rare garments that we don't have for sale one our site. There is no fixed pricing because we rather work out a custom offer for each customer.
