Raf Simon's FW17 collection was one of our personal favorites of his. It was his first show that was shown in New York & you can see his homage to the city through the whole collection. This season also introduced some of the most iconic pieces we have seen from Raf in recent year like the ever so popular ´´I love NY´´ knits.
He used different types of graphic tape on a lot of the pieces to give the customer the possibility to customize the product. This piece is his seasonal approach to his signature patch denim. It is made out of washed black denim & has a black & red RS leather patch on the back. The tape that is put on the back in the factory is not permanent and is more or less used to showcase the possibilities of customization. If you don't like the tape at all you can also just remove it and wear the denim as it is.
