This beautiful black KAWS bee denim is one of the highlights of Kim Jones' first collection for Dior. It features an assemble of pink bees embroidered seperately all over the denim which resemble the iconic Dior Bee reinterpreted be KAWS for the collection. In 2019, Paris Fashion Week saw Kim Jones debut his Spring/Summer 2019 collection for Dior in collaboration with the iconic American Artist KAWS. The Artist was not only instructed to help design the collection, he also designed the set of the show with a giant 33-ft tall pink flower sculpture of BBF, a famous character of KAWS.
The collection featured a handful of pieces featuring the iconic dior bee interpreted in KAWS' signature aesthetic. This collection will definitely bee one that will be remembered as it started the incredible run of Kim Jones for the iconic fashion house.
